Our Hail Repair Process
Repair Estimate / Insurance Claim
The first step in receiving hail repair from Leo's Auto Body is to schedule your free hail repair estimate appointment or start a claim with your insurance company. You can easily schedule your hail estimate by calling us at 303-761-6280 or filling out our appointment request form. Once you've provided your information, we will coordinate a convenient date and time for your appointment in order to assess the hail damage. We are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, and estimating appointments are available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. If you are using insurance to repair your vehicle, we recommend contacting your insurance company to start the claim process. Many insurance companies have a streamlined process for assessing hail damage and approving auto body repairs. They may ask you to take photographs of the damage and submit them for review. Once the claim is approved, they will direct you to Leo's Auto Body for the dent repairs and other damage repairs.
Vehicle Drop-Off
Arrive at our shop 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time and our friendly front desk staff will get you checked in to drop off your vehicle. You will need to drop off your vehicle for the hail damage to be assessed and/or repaired. If you are not going through insurance to repair the damage, we will assess your vehicle and provide you with a detailed estimate of the repairs. In the event that you approve the repairs after reviewing the estimate, or if your repair is part of an existing insurance claim, you can trust our skilled team of technicians to carry out all required auto body and paint repairs caused by the hail. Vehicle Pickup
Once all hail dents and other damage repairs are complete, our team provides a complimentary detail cleaning and we will contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your vehicle. After all of the hail dings and dents are erased, your vehicle will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure that your vehicle is in excellent condition prior to your pickup. After the inspection is complete, we will promptly contact you to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your vehicle.
